By accessing or using DudeWins.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

DudeWins is a bankroll management and prediction analytics platform. We are not a sportsbook, betting exchange, or gambling operator. We do not accept wagers, hold funds, or facilitate gambling transactions. All wagering activity is conducted independently by users through licensed third-party sportsbooks. DudeWins is not responsible for any losses incurred through sports wagering.

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Platform. You must reside in a jurisdiction where accessing sports prediction content and sports wagering (through separate licensed operators) is legal. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements. DudeWins reserves the right to terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

DudeWins offers Free and Pro subscription tiers. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. A 7-day free trial is available for new Pro subscribers with a valid credit card on file. You will be automatically charged on Day 8 unless you cancel before the trial ends. All charges are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

All bankrolls on the Platform are virtual — no real money is held, managed, or disbursed by DudeWins. Group bankrolls, Consensus bankrolls, and personal bankroll tracking are for analytical and entertainment purposes only. Past performance of any pick, group, or consensus signal does not guarantee future results. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial or gambling advice.

You agree not to: submit false or misleading pick data; manipulate voting systems; harass other members; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Platform; share your account credentials; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. DudeWins reserves the right to remove any content and terminate any account that violates these rules.

DudeWins offers a referral credit program. Credits are issued when a referred user completes their first paid Pro subscription payment. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be applied toward DudeWins subscription fees. DudeWins reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

DudeWins may display links to third-party sportsbook partners. We may receive compensation when users sign up with these partners. These relationships do not influence our pick content, consensus signals, or editorial independence. DudeWins is not responsible for the terms, conditions, or practices of any third-party sportsbook.

All content on DudeWins.com — including the Consensus Engine, pick data, design, copy, and software — is the property of DudeWins and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DudeWins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including any losses from sports wagering conducted independently. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to discontinue use and cancel your subscription.
